the location was convenient. it was just a brief stroll to the main attractions. the cleanliness was also very good. the room felt peaceful.
the breakfast felt somewhat industrial. also, the mattress was too soft to my liking. there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom too, it was really bad in all the room.

the staff were very respectful of my assistance dog. they asked before petting him when he wasn't wearing his vest! this was lovely and considerate. housekeeping services were good and the reception staff were friendly.
the light under the bed came on via a sensor. it was annoying and i couldn't turn it off.

the room has plenty of space to move around because it wasn't crammed with unnecessary furniture. the room included all facilities that you would need. the beds were very comfy and tidy.

This hotel features a quirky and modern style! there is a car park just round the corner from the hotel. the hotel is around a 5 minute walk to the shambles. This is very convenient.

check in was smooth. the room was clean upon arrival. breakfast offered a decent selection of options.
The drop off bag service was not secure. My bags were left in plain sight. i found this concerning as the contents had significant value. the light under the bed activated by a sensor was also quite annoying as i could not switch it off.
